    The only difference here is that one word is grammatically correct and other is more of a informal word which is recently derived. Happiness - Yes, you guessed it right. It is grammatically correct and the actual word that should be used in Profes.

    I have my own impression that is that the authors try to translate some messages. Firstly it is intensionally mispelled. Secondly, i have an impression that the word “happy” was intended to be kept intact, only the “ness” is added to make it a nou.
